Have ordered for years from here All of a sudden they go AWOL

Have ordered for years from here All of a sudden they cannot fulfill orders. Keep getting an email that they're working on it but that doesn't cut it. I am searching for replacements as my wife and I enjoy these products but don't enjoy being jerked around.

Tell people
"we can fill part order" or "you'll get it in x weeks" but just to string you along is unacceptable. Not giving you accurate info is very very suspicious.

Terrible service… orders take forever to ship

Just spent 30 minutes on hold with their customer service number and they never picked up the phone. I ordered something intended for Halloween this year and it has been a week since the order was placed and still has not shipped. Most of these reviews are accurate with how long they take to ship. I won't order from here ever again! I really regret not looking at the reviews prior to ordering from them. Take these reviews seriously! You can find the exact same stuff on Amazon!

What is going on with Yandy?

I’ve been a loyal customer to Yandy for years. They were my go-to for Halloween, lingerie, etc. All of a sudden they’ve gone silent on customer service. It’s 2022. That is a death sentence for any brand. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have tried numerous times to contact them via email, phone (non working #), and social media. If they’re not going to ship my order I’d just like a refund. It’s also strange because my order says it’s confirmed? Not sure what is going on over there. Such a shame.

Yandy has gone AWOL

We've ordered before and were satisfied by the experience and products, but now (Sep 2022), they're non-responsive by email, phone, and live chat. Our user account shows the order details as "unfulfilled" and our credit card has been charged. But trying to find out the status is impossible -- three emails have been unanswered, two phone calls yielded an automated message that they're having "issues" with their phone and instructs people to email or chat, and their website's live chat only connects to a bot that instructs people to phone or email instead! We don't want to cancel the order because the merch is really nice but will have to get Visa to dispute the charges if something doesn't get better in the next two days.

SCAM-Worst online purchase experience

Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I have ordered here about 2 years ago and did not have these issues.. I read the reviews about how awful this company is but I decided to trust it anyway and give them the benefit of the doubt cause I had been excited about a collection dropping…. TERRIBLE IDEA. I have sent numerous emails and called customer support(which basically gives you a recorded line, says it’s busy then hangs up and says to email) and I have heard nothing back for 8 days. I order back on 9/2/22 and it took 4 days to confirm my order was placed(took money out immediately when I ordered of course but no confirmation for days). Still no shipping information and I’m assuming this is a scam. DONT ORDER HERE! Worst decision you’ll make. I spent about $100 and this is the treatment you get. They don’t seem to care about customers or their experience but very happy to take money right away. Extremely disappointed and hope I do get my order but after this experience I won’t ever be ordering here again and I will be sure to spread the message to EVERYONE I know. Even if I were to actually receive my order it is not worth the anxiety and stress. You spend about $100 and spend the next 8+ days stressed if you’re out the money or not and they don’t care at all.

EDIT: once I left multiple negative reviews on several sites I received a basic email saying “ We are experiencing longer than normal fulfillment delays”. It took 8 days to give me even that…I could slightly understand if it was close to a holiday but it’s the beginning of September with Halloween 2 months away. I can’t even imagine how long it would take to receive a costume you spent a minimum of $80 on. Don’t do it!!!! There is plenty of other lingerie and costume sites that will make your experience a million times better.

I would go zero stars customer service…

I would go zero stars customer service sucked no notifications on delays No call backs just generic thank you emails. Called my credit card company and canceled my order as not received. Many other company's out there looking for your business. Bypass yandy at all costs. Rayy in customer service is a tool bag and should be fired.

Trying to get ahold on anyone in customer service. I chose expedited shipping when I ordered yesterday and my item has still not shipped. This was shipped to a location I will only be at for a limited time and will not be able to get the package if its not shipped today.

Does yandy ship discreetly!

A:

Yes, the stuff I ordered for one of my friends. Came in a regular grey mailing bag sent from Phoenix, Arizona. Nothing else was on the bag aside from my address and the return address. I presume the concept would be the same if you order bigger items.

I ordered one single thing from yandy and after 5 days of it saying "shipped" but not providing tracking info, I called customer service and they said that the shoe warehouse had been closed but it would be shipping out that day and tracking info would be in my email & to call back in 1-2 days if it wasn't. I checked 3 days later (it had now been 8 days since I placed the order) and it still said the same thing "unable to locate tracking info" so I called again and the lady literally said the exact same thing the other rep told me the other day! That it had been closed and that it was shipping out that day and tracking info would be available later that day. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and I will never order from here again. Period.

I am sorry Mp had s bad experience. I have had great luck. Everything ships quickly. Good prices, good quality, and my one experience with customer service was above and beyond most companies. I had a small issue with one of their products and e-mailed them on a Friday night. They answered me on Saturday and I received my replacement Tuesday morning (shipped overnight with no expense on my part).

When you go to the checkout it should show you on the right of the price. If it is in us dollars then it will have us to the right of it.
